7-Day Easy Returns
You may return unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Conditions
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened oral care products cannot be returned unless defective.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
